  • Literacy & Computer Skills:Strong written and oral communication and proficiency in IT systems. Generating reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Microsoft Office:Highly proficient in the application of all MS Office platforms
  • Security Awareness:Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness to ensure the safety of the estate.
  • Detail-Oriented:Focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks, from issuing access controls to tracking assets.
  • Punctual & Flexible:Consistently reliable with a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role.
  • SIA License
  • Drivers license with access to own vehicle or within a reasonable commuting distance
  • 5 year checkable history with supporting RTW documents
  • 5 years or more administration experienc
