As a Mobile Casual Patrol Officer at Securitas, youâll do more than protect whatâs importantâyouâll empower people to thrive. Your presence will make others feel safe, welcome, and supported. Whether youâre patrolling key areas, managing gatehouse duties, or being the friendly face clients rely on, youâll be an essential part of something bigger. Responsibilities
- Remaining vigilant, reporting incidents promptly, and helping to prevent disruption.
- Delivering a range of mobile security services, including lock and unlock duties, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services.
- Completing vehicle handovers and checks at the start and end of each shift, ensuring company vehicles and equipment are secure and well maintained.
- Following agreed escalation procedures for incidents, break-ins, health and safety concerns, and road traffic accidents (RTAs).
- Escalating incidents, risks, breakdowns, and RTAs to the Team Leader, reporting all RTAs in line with company policy.
- Maintaining a professional, respectful, and helpful approach when engaging with clients, colleagues, and members of the public.
Qualifications
- A valid SIA licence.
- Full UK Clean Manual Driving License.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in Englishâboth written and spoken.
