The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Hours: 12‑hr shift – 42‑hr week average (4 on 4 off) Day and Night shift.

Pay: £13.68 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Develop effective security plans, identify potential risks and coordinate resources to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and strong work ethics – set the standard for the team and ensure all procedures are followed consistently.
  • Foster a positive, proactive team environment by coaching, supporting and encouraging staff to perform at their best and uphold high security standards.
  • Maintain vigilance, report incidents and prevent disruption.
Qualifications
  • A valid SIA licence & Security experience.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends.
  • Leadership experience familiar with MS Office.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
  • Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken.
