Join Securitas as a CCTV / SOC Operator. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, managing critical processes with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Keep people, property, and information safe as part of the SOC team.
- Effectively process alarm activations across multiple platforms in accordance with customer specifications, ensuring a duty of care to all staff.
- Manage mobile alarm call outs and provide solutions promptly.
- Monitor CCTV and respond to customer requests relating to their alarm system; escalate issues as needed.
- Answer all calls promptly with a high level of customer service; liaise with internal/external customers, third parties, and contractors as required.
- Ensure all systems/databases are updated timely and accurately.
- Provide client reports.
Qualifications
- 1+ year customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills; able to communicate at all levels.
- Willingness to learn; ability to work as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail; able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen and give clear instructions.
- Decision-making capability; professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Office; adaptable to new systems.
- Demonstrate integrity; uphold Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including holiday and sickness cover.
What we offer
- Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off (12-hour shifts).
- Salary: £27,518.40 per annum.
