Due to continued growth and expansion within our team, SecuriGroup is seeking an ISOC Operator to join our Intelligence and Security Operations Centre based at our Glasgow HQ. Rota: 4 on / 4 off (rotating day and night shifts)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing the rostering system, ensuring staff adherence to shifts and conducting welfare checks when required.
  • Responding promptly to ad hoc requests and liaising with managers and service partners.
  • Researching, recording, and assessing information from open source intelligence platforms.
  • Handling staff and management queries promptly and professionally.
  • Providing guidance to the ISOC team on escalated incidents.
  • Completing documentation accurately and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Coordinating alarm callouts by organising personnel and arranging site attendance.
  • Taking ownership of high‑pressure situations, including communicating with emergency services when necessary.
  • Demonstrating proactive problem‑solving with a reliable and professional approach.
  • Producing accurate reports and statistical data for internal and external audiences.

Skills Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a skills assessment, which may include:

  • A data entry and accuracy test.
  • A prioritisation exercise.
  • A written communication task, such as drafting an email or report.
