Due to continued growth and expansion within our team, SecuriGroup is seeking an ISOC Operator to join our Intelligence and Security Operations Centre based at our Glasgow HQ. Rota: 4 on / 4 off (rotating day and night shifts)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the rostering system, ensuring staff adherence to shifts and conducting welfare checks when required.
- Responding promptly to ad hoc requests and liaising with managers and service partners.
- Researching, recording, and assessing information from open source intelligence platforms.
- Handling staff and management queries promptly and professionally.
- Providing guidance to the ISOC team on escalated incidents.
- Completing documentation accurately and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Coordinating alarm callouts by organising personnel and arranging site attendance.
- Taking ownership of high‑pressure situations, including communicating with emergency services when necessary.
- Demonstrating proactive problem‑solving with a reliable and professional approach.
- Producing accurate reports and statistical data for internal and external audiences.
