Due to growth and expansion within our team, *SecuriGroup* are seeking an experienced *Retail* *Security Officer *to demonstrate our values of *Safety, Courtesy and Efficiency* while ensuring the effective manning and delivery of a high standard security service.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Continuously observe area to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other suspicious activities.
* Conduct regular foot patrols within and around the retail store to ensure the safety of customers and employees and to deter criminal activity.
* Ensure only authorised personnel have access to restricted areas by verifying identification badges and credentials.
* Act promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, and security breaches, and follow established procedures to handle these incidents.
* Identify and apprehend shoplifters using legal and ethical methods, and report incidents to law enforcement as necessary.
* Provide assistance to customers and staff by offering directions, answering questions, and addressing concerns to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
* Document and report all security-related incidents accurately and promptly, including thefts, accidents, and suspicious activities.
* Manage the entry and exit points of the store, ensuring that only authorized individuals are granted access, and monitor the flow of people to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety.

* Valid SIA SG / DS / CCTV Licence.
* Checkable work History.
