We are looking for an exceptional Reporting & Operational Insight Senior Manager to help embed our Data & MI strategy across the COO function and deliver trusted, meaningful insight that drives performance, strengthens controls and supports transformation.
The Opportunity
As Reporting & Operational Insight Senior Manager, you will act as the key link between the Bank’s central Data & MI function and the COO organisation.
Your focus will be on driving adoption, standardisation and continuous improvement, ensuring that reporting, analytics and insight become embedded into everyday operations.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide reporting, MI and analytics frameworks across the COO function.
- Ensure reporting is aligned to a single source of truth, with consistent standards, governance and data quality.
- Deliver insightful operational and performance reporting that supports effective decision-making.
- Oversee robust regulatory and control reporting, ensuring strong governance and auditability.
- Champion data governance, ownership and accountability across teams.
- Build a culture where data is trusted, understood and used to drive business outcomes.
- Increase adoption of self-service reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with leaders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance and central Data & MI teams to deliver a joined-up approach.
- Lead and develop a high-performing MI team focused on delivering value, innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

Essential Experience
- Significant leadership experience within Management Information, Reporting, Analytics or Data functions.
- A track record of operating within complex organisations, ideally within regulated environments.
- Experience implementing enterprise data frameworks, reporting standards and centralised data models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insight.
- Experience using tools such as Power BI, SQL and enterprise data platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
