Role Overview
As an Internal Broker and Key Accounts Sales & Support Executive, you will provide proactive telephone-based sales support and occasionally visit introducers across the UK to build rapport, review business performance, and identify improvement opportunities. This role is based in Solihull, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support motor finance brokers and manage a key account portfolio representing about 50% of sales.
- Design and deliver tailored account support to ensure a “best in class” experience.
- Build relationships through calls and visits, review business performance, and attend industry events.
