Graduate Analyst Talent Pool , bringing together high-potential graduates through a single assessment process.
Successful candidates will be considered for immediate vacancies and, if not initially placed, will join our pre-qualified Graduate Talent Pool for future analyst opportunities as they become available across the Bank.

- Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates and final-year students who are passionate about using data to solve problems and create better outcomes for customers.
You’ll likely be studying, or have recently completed, a degree in
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Economics
- Physics
- Or another highly analytical discipline
We're Particularly Interested In Candidates Who Demonstrate

- An interest in data, technology, AI and automation

Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is advantageous but not essential.
