  • Group & subsidiary governance
    • Acting as Company Secretary to subsidiary companies, including regulated entities
    • Supporting statutory filings with Companies House, the FCA and NSM
    • Assisting with director onboarding and induction
  • PLC & market-facing activity
    • Supporting the drafting of RNS announcements
    • Assisting with the preparation of sections of the Annual Report & Accounts
    • Supporting AGM preparations, including notices and ancillary documentation
    • Working with the Registrar on shareholder matters, dividends and communications
  • Share plans & projects
    • Owning the day-to-day administration of the Group’s share schemes
    • Managing share scheme exercises, grants, vesting and SAYE invitations
    • Maintaining the share scheme management system
    • Contributing to wider, group-wide governance and transformation projects

  • Good working knowledge of the Companies Act and listing requirements
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work at pace
