What You’ll Do
- As a Portfolio & Structuring Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting new business and managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending (ABL) customers.
- Your focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, maximizing portfolio income, and managing risk effectively.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Structuring and reviewing new client proposals, with an emphasis on larger and more complex deals.
- Applying strong credit and industry knowledge to identify risk mitigants within ABL structures.
- Building trust and a strong reputation for service excellence in the local market.
- Developing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Proactively monitoring portfolio risks and conducting regular collateral assessments.
- Maintaining regular client contact, including on-site visits.
- Minimizing client attrition and maximizing fee income through negotiation and pricing.
- Ensuring compliance with governance and policies.
- Supporting and mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers.
- Taking ownership of all risk aspects associated with your portfolio.
