Graduate Analyst Talent Pool , bringing together high-potential graduates through a single assessment process.

Successful candidates will be considered for immediate vacancies and, if not initially placed, will join our pre-qualified Graduate Talent Pool for future analyst opportunities as they become available across the Bank.

This means one application could open the door to multiple exciting career opportunities.

Help shape how we make responsible lending decisions by analysing portfolio performance, optimising credit strategies and supporting the development of advanced decisioning tools.

You'll likely be studying, or have recently completed, a degree in

  • Or another highly analytical discipline
