This role isn’t just about filling vacancies – it’s about recruiting and building lasting relationships with thousands of plumbers, electricians, and heating engineers, then keeping them engaged through tailored incentives and support. The Opportunity We’re looking for a recruitment-led professional to be at the forefront of our Trade Partner Engagement Programme. You’ll attract, onboard, and engage trade professionals across the UK, then keep them motivated using referral incentives, gamified rewards, and loyalty schemes. What You’ll Be Doing as a Recruitment Advisor * Recruit & Onboard: Use modern recruitment techniques (social media campaigns, direct outreach, events) to grow our trade partner network quickly and effectively. * Referral & Incentives: Launch and manage referral programmes that reward partners for introducing other quality tradespeople. * Engage & Motivate: Design gamified engagement and reward schemes that keep trades active and loyal. * Build Relationships: Act as the first point of contact for our trade community, supporting them and ensuring they see us as their go-to partner. * Campaigns & Events: Plan recruitment campaigns and partner engagement events to drive participation. * Measure & Improve: Monitor recruitment and engagement data, reporting insights and optimising strategies. What We’re Looking For in a Recruitment Advisor * Recruitment experience: Either agency, in-house, or network/community recruitment (trade, sales, membership, or partner programmes). * Relationship builder: Confident communicator who can quickly build trust and rapport. * Creative approach: Comfortable using social media, digital campaigns, and modern recruitment methods. * Organised & fast-paced: Able to juggle multiple tasks and deliver quickly in a start-up style environment. * Bonus: Experience with incentive or loyalty programmes.
