Backed by highly significant Series A Funding Round, they Deliver Unified, Centralised Data Correlation Engine Connecting Hundreds of Disparate Enterprise Tools. Think the Forefront of Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management. Scaling their Global Team, you will work out of London Operations, to Launch New AI-powered security workspace. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will sit at Intersection of Product, Success & Sales, building the Enablement Engine that ensures Highly Regulated Enterprise Customers' achieve rapid Time-to-Value.
Role Overview:
Going Beyond Basic Onboarding. This role requires a Hands-On Creator who Translates Complex AI & Security Architecture into Compelling Visual & Educational Assets. You will Produce Data Visualisations, Video Tutorials, Webinars & Interactive Guides to Ensure All Users (from Engineers to CISOs) & Adopt the Platform's Full Capabilities.

Skills & Experience of Customer Enablement Manager will include:
- Enablement Engine Building: Commercial Experience in Technical Customer Success / Enablement within B2B SaaS Environment
- Content Creation: Proven Ability to Create Video Tutorials, Webinars, Support Documentation, Interactive Templates & Strong Skills in Creating Engaging & Compelling Technical Social Media Content
- Cyber Security & Tech: Solid Understanding of Security Operations. Verifiable Comfort with APIs, LLMs & Frontend Code (JavaScript / React)
- Cross-Functional Execution: Seamless Collaboration across Sales, Product & Success
- Proven Understanding & Experience of Cyber Security Fundamentals & How Security Teams work in 2026
Responsibilities of Customer Enablement Manager would include:
- Design Enablement Content: Create & Manage Comprehensive Library of Resources including Video Tutorials, Webinars, Interactive Guides & Engaging Social Assets
- Drive Technical Success: Deliver Structured Onboarding Programmes from First Login to Advanced API Use Cases, with Clear Success Metrics.
- Self-Service Architecture: Maintain Robust Knowledge Base & In-App Templates to Showcase Platform Potential & Reduce Support Load.
- Live Training & Feedback: Run High-Impact Training Sessions & Funnel Customer Insights Directly to the CTO to Shape Product Roadmap.
