Our Client is looking for an Application Support Developer to work within their dynamic IT Operations Team as a Key Stakeholder for their Core Systems Support & Improvements. The ideal Candidate will have experience of Configuring a wide range of Modules / Areas of any type of Housing Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities of Application Support role will include:

  • Undertake Projects to Design, Configure & Implement Solutions in line with Business Requirements & SLAs
  • Ownership of Application Issues through Investigation & Effective Resolution
  • Identify Root Causes & Mitigating Actions
  • Identify Areas for Improvement
  • Provide Advice, Consultancy & Support on IT Projects as & when required
  • Point of Escalation for the IT Support Desk
  • Provide Ongoing Customer Contact Across Lifecycle of Request / Project
  • Document Configuration, Processes & Test Plans to Continually Improve Performance & Service
  • Highlight Risks & Suggest Mitigating Actions
  • Create & Maintain Documentation relating to Application Setup, Configuration, Processes & ensure Knowledge Sharing

Skills & Experience of Application Support Developer role will include:

  • Experience of Providing Application Support Services
  • Experience of Configuring Housing Management Systems
  • Deep Understanding of Business Processes in Housing Sector
  • Experience of SQL Server & Reporting Experience (SSRS, Restores, Debugging Performance), including Large Data Set Import / Exports
  • Experience of Supplier Collaboration
  • Experience of Systems Migrations
  • Experience of Leading on Software Upgrades
  • Ideally Experience in Developing Power Apps & Power Automate
  • Ideally Knowledge of Finance Processes & Systems
