Role Overview:
Step in as the highly technical Cyber Engineering Leader of their Offensive Capabilities. Acting as a True "Player-Coach," you will Mentor Cross-Regional Teams whilst Engineering the Internet-Scale Infrastructure that Translates Massive Datasets into Actionable Defence. By Acting as the Ultimate Technical Point of Escalation, you ensure their Client's Neutralise Vulnerabilities before Adversaries even strike.

Skills & Experience of Senior Cyber Security Engineer will include:
- Engineering Leadership (5+ Years): Proven success as a Hands-On Leader, who has Led, Managed, Coached & Built Engineering Teams, with a talent for Acting as the Definitive Technical Point of Escalation.
- Offensive Security Mastery: Deep Understanding of Adversary Tactics (TTPs), with a Proven Background in Building & Deploying Offensive Security Solutions (eg Vulnerability Research, Red Teaming or Handling Massive Security Data).
- Cloud & Data Architecture: Extensive Experience Architecting & Scaling Complex, Cloud-Native Systems capable of Intensive Data Processing & Real-Time Threat Analysis at an Internet-Wide Scale.
- Programming: Highly Proficient in Writing Clean, Scalable & Maintainable Code in Python & Go.
- Continuous Innovation: A Proactive, Ownership-Driven Mindset, ideally Demonstrated by Contributions to Open-Source Projects or success in Capture the Flag (CTF) Competitions.
- B2B Start-Up / Scale-Up Pedigree: Experience of working in Fast-Moving, Fluid Environments & Adapting to Shifting Priorities within an Early-Stage, Enterprise-Focused B2B Scale-Up.
Responsibilities of Lead Cyber Security Engineer role:
- Strategy: Partner closely with the Global Head of Labs Engineering to Define the Future Direction of the Cyber Engineering Function, ensuring shared standards and global technical consistency.
- Engineer Infrastructure: Design, Develop & Maintain the highly scalable Offensive Security Infrastructure that powers the Core Platform, ensuring seamless processing of vast Datasets to Identify Enterprise Vulnerabilities at scale.
- Mentor & Lead: Guide the Cyber Engineering Teams across the UK&I and APAC, Acting as a Dedicated Line Manager owning Performance Reviews, Career Development & Day-to-Day Authentic Coaching.
- Innovate: Drive advanced R&D Projects that push the limits of Offensive Security, replicating sophisticated Adversary Tactics at an Internet-Wide Scale to Provide High-Fidelity Insights.
- Collaborate: Work seamlessly Cross-Functionally with Product, Front-End, Backend & Platform Teams to ensure Cyber Security Initiatives are deeply integrated with overarching business goals.
