Our Client is looking for an Application Support Developer to work within their dynamic IT Operations Team as a Key Stakeholder for their Core Systems Support & Improvements. The ideal Candidate will have experience of Configuring a wide range of Modules / Areas of any type of Housing Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities of Application Support role will include:
- Undertake Projects to Design, Configure & Implement Solutions in line with Business Requirements & SLAs
- Ownership of Application Issues through Investigation & Effective Resolution
- Identify Root Causes & Mitigating Actions
- Identify Areas for Improvement
- Provide Advice, Consultancy & Support on IT Projects as & when required
- Point of Escalation for the IT Support Desk
- Provide Ongoing Customer Contact Across Lifecycle of Request / Project
- Document Configuration, Processes & Test Plans to Continually Improve Performance & Service
- Highlight Risks & Suggest Mitigating Actions
- Create & Maintain Documentation relating to Application Setup, Configuration, Processes & ensure Knowledge Sharing
Skills & Experience of Application Support Developer role will include:
- Experience of Providing Application Support Services
- Experience of Configuring Housing Management Systems
- Deep Understanding of Business Processes in Housing Sector
- Experience of SQL Server & Reporting Experience (SSRS, Restores, Debugging Performance), including Large Data Set Import / Exports
- Experience of Supplier Collaboration
- Experience of Systems Migrations
- Experience of Leading on Software Upgrades
- Ideally Experience in Developing Power Apps & Power Automate
- Ideally Knowledge of Finance Processes & Systems
