Our client is an NSI Gold accredited and BAFE Approved Fire and Security Provider, successfully serving the UK for over 20 years. They offer the full service from Design and Install to Service & Maintenance, with a client base including Commercial, MOD, Airports, Public sector, Shopping Centres and more.

Our client is dedicated to ensuring both career and personal development is met, putting in place clear training/qualification plans for 12 - 18 months.

Responsibilities & Requirements for a Fire Alarm Engineer:

  • Depending on experience, you will be working across Fire and Security Systems including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control.
  • To complete Service, Faults and Small Works.
  • Working across a variation of manufacturers.
  • Working to BS5839 standards.

Package & Benefits for a Fire Alarm Engineer:

  • Basic Salary up to £36,000; with additional earnings from call out bonus, plus the standby rate, and additional overtime pay.
  • OTE's of £8,000 on top of salary.
  • FIA Courses guaranteed, In-House FIA training.
  • Manufacture Courses Commission structure averaging at £600-800 per month.
  • Standby rate @ £160 per week.
  • Call out: 1.5 hours, or x2 hours plus door to door.
  • Choice of Car OR Van, mobile, laptop, paid overtime.
  • Travel paid - Minus 30 minutes each way.
  • Holiday - 23 Days, plus Bank holidays.
  • Sick Pay, Health Care, Death in Service.
