We are seeking a professional and vigilant Residential Security Officer to join our team at Balham, a prominent residential development in the heart of Balham, SW17. Key Details:
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
- Shift Length: 10 hours per day
- Pay: £12.95 per hour (paid monthly)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, visible security presence to residents and visitors
- Monitor and control access to the building
- Carry out regular patrols to ensure safety and security of all areas
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently

Requirements:
