Secure On Site is recruiting a cleaning team to work at a commercial building that we manage in Peckham, London with an immediate start. You will be required to carry out general cleaning tasks in the communal areas of the commercial building. The same building will be visited on a weekly basis for cleaning tasks to be carried out.
Hours of work every week: Part time (16 hours per week).
Duties will include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, toilets and bathrooms.
- Dusting and wiping all surface areas.
- Sanitising all public touchpoints.
- Incident reporting as and when required.
What we’re looking for:
- A great attitude & ability to work using initiative.
- Previous experience as a cleaner.
Service provision:
- Ensure that service level agreements with the client are met and that any shortfalls are documented and reported to the Duty and Operations Manager.
General:
- Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager.
To be successful in the role, you’ll have the following:
- A passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients’ needs.
- Experience in a customer facing environment.
- Ability to offer flexibility in working hours including provision of out of hours support in an emergency if required.
- An enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
- Data management and strong record keeping skills.
