We are seeking a licensed and professional Door Supervisor to work Saturday evenings at a venue in Crouch End. This is a part-time role ideal for a confident and customer-focused individual who can manage entry control, maintain order, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Location: Crouch End, London

Hours: 6 hours per week (Saturdays only)

Rate: £13

Start Date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access control at the entrance of the venue
  • Conduct ID and bag checks in line with licensing laws and venue policies
  • Ensure the safety of customers and staff throughout the shift
  • Monitor crowd behaviour and diffuse situations calmly and professionally
  • Work closely with venue management and local authorities if needed
  • Complete incident logs and report any issues clearly and promptly

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence – essential
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Previous experience in a similar role – preferred
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and legally allowed to work in the UK
