Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Assistant to join our Team in the Wrexham area.
Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider.
Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions.
We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.
12 hour shifts days and nights - FULL TIME ROTA AND AD-HOC AVAILABLE
We are recruiting for a complex care assistant to provide care to a service user in their own home.
The successful candidate must have experience with the following
- Manual Handling (Mobile and ceiling tracking hoist)
- Peg feeds (including medications)
- Personal Care
- Brain injuries (Ideal but not essential)
- Challenging Behaviours (verbal aggression)
Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:
- Assist/provide personal care.
- To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead.
- Provide nutrition and hydration support.
- Support with medication needs.
- Assist in domestic duties.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- To liaise with management.
- To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user.
- To participate in team meetings & supervisions.
