Secure Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to join our team in the Wrexham area, providing high-quality care to adults and children in their own homes.
You will perform personal care, manual handling, peg feeds, nutrition and hydration support, and assist with medications, following our policies and reporting to the clinical lead.
Shifts are 12 hours, days and nights, full-time rota with ad-hoc coverage.
