An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children's Complex Care Assistant to join our team supporting a child under the age of 10 within their own home. This is a 1:1 complex care package and we are looking for an experienced, confident individual who is ready to help establish and develop the care package from the outset.

About the Role

Secure Healthcare Solutions is recruiting an experienced Children's Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care within the family home. The successful candidate must have previous experience working with children and be confident delivering complex clinical care.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of Complex Care experience within the last 2 years in the UK

Clinical Skills Required

  • PEG Feeding
  • Medication Administration
  • Oral Suctioning
  • Intermittent Catheterisation
  • Flatus Tube Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality 1:1 care
  • Promote the child's independence, wellbeing, and development
  • Support with personal care, nutrition, and hydration
  • Administer medication and clinical interventions as required
  • Maintain accurate records and care documentation
  • Liaise with family members, healthcare professionals, and management
