About the Role
You will be providing person-centred care and support to a service user within their own home, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role involves working a rolling rota of 12-hour day and night shifts, so flexibility and commitment are essential.
Experience Required
The successful candidate should have experience supporting individuals with:
- NG Tube care
- Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Non-Epileptic Seizures
- CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome)
- Medication administration
- Buccal Midazolam administration
Key Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Provide clinical support under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
- Support with nutrition and hydration needs
- Administer and support medication requirements
- Assist with daily living activities and light household duties
- Monitor and report any changes in the service user's health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise effectively with management and healthcare professionals
- Attend team meetings, supervisions, and training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and best practice standards at all times
What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Complex Care
- Experience with PEG feeding
- Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy/seizure management
- Catheter care experience
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
