An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Female Complex Care Assistant to join our team in the Altrincham area. Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes, we provide high-quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process, ensuring the safety of our care teams and service users at all times.

Pay Rate: Starting at £15 per hour

Essential Requirements:

  • Female applicants only (in accordance with the specific needs of the service user)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Minimum of 6 months' complex care experience

We are recruiting Complex Care Assistants to join our existing team of carers, providing care to clients within their own homes. We have several community care packages with a range of complex care needs, including:

  • Spinal Injury
  • Cough Assist
  • Epilepsy
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • PEG Feeding
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Ventilator Care
  • Catheter Care

While promoting the independence of each individual service user and meeting their care needs, our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:

  • Assist with and provide personal care
  • Deliver clinical support as directed by our Clinical Lead
  • Provide nutrition and hydration support
  • Support with medication administration
  • Assist with domestic duties
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Liaise effectively with management
  • Report any concerns relating to the health and wellbeing of the service user
  • Participate in team meetings and supervisions
