As part of our growing team in Glossop, you'll work alongside experienced clinical professionals, receive ongoing training and support, and build meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

About the Role
You'll provide high-quality, one-to-one care within clients' own homes, supporting individuals with a variety of complex healthcare needs. Every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact while delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Experience Required
To apply, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months' UK Complex Care experience
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Confidence working independently while being supported by a wider clinical team
Experience with one or more of the following is desirable:
- Spinal Injury
- Cough Assist
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Huntington's Disease
- PEG feeding and care
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator care
- Catheter care
Your Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and compassion
- Provide specialist clinical support under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
- Support with nutrition, hydration, and medication administration
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Monitor and report any changes in your client's health or condition
- Assist with light household duties where required
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow care plans, company policies, and clinical procedures
- Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and ongoing training
