Complex Care Manager Location: Wolverhampton (office-based with regional travel across the West Midlands 33,000 35,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Complex Care Manager to lead and oversee the safe delivery of community-based complex care packages for both adults and children across the West Midlands and Shropshire. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, person-centred, and compliant care in their own homes. This position is office-based in Wolverhampton, with regular travel to service users and commissioners. You will work closely with clinicians, ICBs/CCGs, local authorities, families, and our wider MDT, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.
