We are now recruiting for a Complex Care Coordinator to join our Wolverhampton head office a hybrid position that combines office-based coordination with field supervision responsibilities.
About the Role The Complex Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our complex care packages run smoothly, are fully staffed, compliant, and consistently delivering high-quality person-centred care.
This is a dual role, combining mainly rota coordination with field-based supervision ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment and wants to build strong relationships with both clients and carers.
