They hold several recognised accreditations, including BAFE SP203-1, SP101 and SP206, alongside ISO 9001:2015 certification. Operating across the South West, they provide comprehensive fire protection solutions to a wide range of sectors. Role overview * Service, fault-find, and repair of fire alarm systems across a variety of sites. * Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring equipment remains fully operational. * Work across commercial sites throughout Exeter, Somerset and Dorset. * Participate in a 1 in 7 week call-out rota. Experience required * Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems. * Good fault-finding and diagnostic abilities. * A sound understanding of fire alarm systems and relevant regulations. * A professional approach with good customer service and communication skills.
