We are recruiting for an Architect & Engineering Manager on behalf of a globally recognised security technology manufacturer and market leader. Renowned for innovation, quality and industry-leading solutions, this organisation continues to invest heavily in its people, technology and strategic growth across the UK & Ireland.
This is a highly consultative role focused on building and developing relationships within the Architect & Engineering community. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, end users and industry stakeholders to drive specifications, increase brand awareness and influence project design decisions across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities as an Architect & Engineering Manager:
- Develop and grow relationships with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and key industry stakeholders
- Drive specification opportunities across the UK & Ireland
- Promote the company's Architect & Engineering programme and associated solutions
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations and educational training sessions
- Represent the business at conferences, exhibitions and networking events
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities through consultant engagement
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maximise project opportunities
- Manage and maintain project pipelines through CRM systems
- Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader within the industry
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to support future growth
Package & Benefits for an Architect & Engineering Manager:
- Basic salary £56,000 - £70,000
- OTE £65,000 - £82,000+
- Quarterly commission payments
- Annual corporate bonus up to 10% of basic salary

Requirements for an Architect & Engineering Manager:
- Previous experience within the Security, Technology or Specification Sales sector
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with consultants, end users, integrators or specification-led projects
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
