We are recruiting for a Fire and Security Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing Fire & Security company. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add another engineer to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with around 3+ years' experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its engineers. We've successfully placed engineers with this company previously, and the feedback has been excellent.

The role will involve servicing and fault finding across a range of Fire & Security systems, working on commercial, domestic and educational sites throughout the North West.

Responsibilities as a Fire and Security Engineer:

  • Servicing, fault finding and maintenance of Fire & Security systems
  • Working across Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and company procedures
  • Working across commercial, domestic and school environments
  • Participation in a 1 in 4 weeks call-out rota
  • Covering the Northwest region

Package & Benefits for a Fire and Security Engineer:

  • Basic Salary up to £36,000
  • Travel time paid after 30 minutes each way
  • 1 in 4 weeks call-out rota
  • £200 per week standby payment
  • £100 per call-out, plus overtime paid after the first hour
