We are recruiting for a Fire and Security Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing Fire & Security company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality service. Due to continued contract wins and business growth, they are looking to expand their engineering team.
This role will involve servicing, maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of Fire & Security systems, predominantly within leisure environments across Reading and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities as a Fire and Security Engineer:- Servicing, fault finding, maintenance and commissioning of Fire & Security systems
- Working across Fire Alarm and Security systems
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations
- Participating in a 1 in 5β6 weeks call-out rota
- Covering Reading and the surrounding areas
- Basic salary up to Β£45,000 DOE
- Door-to-door travel paid
- Overtime available
- 1 in 5β6 weeks call-out rota
- Β£210 per week standby payment, with overtime paid for call-outs
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
