The business is BAFE accredited and has built a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and doing things properly. Due to sustained growth and continued contract wins, they are now expanding their engineering team. The company places genuine value on its engineers, prioritising realistic workloads, high standards, and long-term retention over volume-driven margins. Role Overview The role is focused on commercial fire extinguisher works across a defined regional patch, covering Berkshire, and surrounding. All work is commercial, with no domestic sites. Engineers are given well-organised schedules, allowing jobs to be completed to a high standard without pressure or rushed visits. Key responsibilities include: * Installation, servicing, and replacement of fire extinguishers * Planned maintenance across commercial premises * Carrying out installs on P50's * Ensuring full compliance with relevant British Standards and regulations * Maintaining accurate service documentation and reports * Representing the business professionally on client sites About You To be considered, you will ideally have: * A valid fire extinguisher qualification * BAFE-audited * Asbestos Awareness certification This is a rare opportunity to secure a high-paying role with an excellent work-life balance in a business that genuinely looks after its engineers.
