In this exciting role, you will deliver excellence in customer support and add-on sales. You will be based at home in the UK managing assigned accounts and working closely with the Customer Support team to deliver customer satisfaction. You will report through the UKI Customer Success Team Manager to the Sales Director. You will be an expert in the Sectra products you sell and keep yourself updated as regards future products. Build and nurture relationships with C-level managers and influencers to become a trusted advisor delivering best practice solutions. Develop an understanding of the customer strategies aligning them to Sectra’s solutions to achieve their goals. Work with customers to improve NPS scores. Travel extensively within your territory, with the possibility of weekend work and overnight stays away from home.
