This is a pivotal executive leadership appointment, offering the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a highly respected business while leading a large, geographically dispersed operational function that supports thousands of customers across the UK.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll become a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping operational strategy, developing outstanding leaders and delivering an exceptional customer experience at scale.

The Opportunity
As Operations Director, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across a large, multi-site function, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of every decision.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading and inspiring a workforce of approximately 300 colleagues through a team of senior operational leaders.
- Developing and delivering the long-term operational strategy, aligned with the organisation's wider business objectives.
- Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement across the operation.
- Driving exceptional customer outcomes by continually improving service quality, operational consistency and resident satisfaction.
- Leading transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, embrace innovation and enhance operational performance.
- Ensuring robust governance, compliance, health & safety and risk management across all operational activities.
- Managing significant operational budgets, delivering strong commercial performance while maintaining outstanding service standards.
- Supporting business growth through the mobilisation of new developments, operational integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners and industry bodies.
- Contributing as a key member of the executive leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the business.
