The Opportunity
Sectora Group is working in partnership with The Corporate Housing Partnership to support the build of their senior leadership team as the business enters its next phase of growth. This is a pivotal leadership appointment at a critical point in the company’s evolution. With strong foundations and an established client base, the focus now is on building a more structured, scalable and high-performing commercial function capable of delivering sustained revenue growth.
The Group Commercial Director is a new role and will play a central role in shaping how the business grows over the next 2–3 years. This is not simply about leading an existing function, but about bringing greater clarity, accountability and alignment across key accounts, business development, partner relationships and commercial operations. You will inherit a business with real momentum, multiple revenue channels and a diverse portfolio of brands, with the opportunity to build a commercial engine that is fit for scale.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will take ownership of the overall commercial performance of the group, driving revenue growth, strengthening leadership capability and embedding a structured, high-performing commercial function. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, requiring both oversight and hands-on involvement in high-value opportunities, key client relationships and critical commercial decisions. A key aspect of the role will be aligning commercial performance across the group’s brands, ensuring consistency of approach, clear accountability and a unified commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the group-wide commercial strategy aligned to business growth objectives
- Drive revenue growth across key accounts, new business and partner channels
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial leadership team
- Establish clear ownership of targets, pipelines and account performance
- Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Lead on high-value deals, tenders and strategic opportunities
- Strengthen alignment between sales, operations and delivery
- Develop long-term, high-value client and partner relationships
- Embed a culture of accountability, pace and performance across the commercial function
- Bring greater consistency and alignment across the group’s portfolio of brands
About You
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth across both key accounts and new business
- Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams
- Highly commercial, data-driven and comfortable operating at pace
- Strong presence with the ability to influence at senior level
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience operating across multi-channel or multi-brand environments is highly advantageous
- Background in relevant or adjacent sectors such as corporate housing, hospitality, property or service-led environments
