This is a senior leadership role with accountability for operational delivery, technical standards and project profitability across multiple international customer environments.
The Role
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take responsibility for the endâtoâend technical service function, including:
- Planning and executing complex multiâsite installations
- Deploying fieldâbased engineers across international projects
- Managing service budgets and ensuring commercial viability
- Overseeing preventative maintenance frameworks
- Acting as senior technical contact for key accounts
- Driving process documentation, quality and compliance standards
- Strengthening operational efficiency and margin performance
This is a handsâon leadership role requiring both technical credibility and commercial judgement.
What Weâre Looking For
