We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Commercial Manager to lead a reservations and enquiry conversion function. This position is ideal for a driven professional with proven experience in B2B sales, revenue growth and client relationship management.
You will play a key role in increasing revenue, improving conversion performance and building long-term partnerships across corporate and agency markets. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape commercial strategy, optimise pricing and yield and ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to booking.
The Role:
As Commercial Reservations Manager, you will oversee the complete commercial lifecycle of enquiries and bookings. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, implement effective sales processes and manage high-value opportunities to drive sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on commercial delivery and requires a strong focus on profitability, performance and customer experience.

- Support and implement pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue

- Balance rate strategy with operational and commercial objectives
- Reservations & Enquiry Management
- Oversee the full enquiry journey from initial contact through to booking confirmation
- Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally across booking channels
- Maintain accurate records and system integrity across CRM and reservation platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operational and guest-facing teams to ensure seamless delivery of bookings
- Ensure all confirmed business is communicated effectively across departments
- Reporting & Market Analysis
- Monitor and report on revenue performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Maximise the effectiveness of CRM and reservations systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and control
- Brand & Customer Experience
- Monitor guest feedback and ensure responses reflect brand standards
- Support the delivery of a consistently high-quality customer experience
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales and commercial leadership
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving conversion performance
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, yield management, and contract negotiation
- Experience leading teams and managing performance frameworks
- Commercially minded, analytical, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in CRM/reservations systems and Microsoft Office
