We are working with an entrepreneurial, consumer-focused investment firm based in Soho. They are a highly successful team that partners with exciting consumer brands and are known for their collaborative culture, strong values and long-term approach.

This is a close-knit, friendly and ambitious team who genuinely enjoy working together. They value curiosity, partnership, respect and initiative, and are looking for someone who will become an integral part of the business. The environment is professional but relaxed, with a less corporate feel than many traditional investment firms.

This newly created Team & Office Assistant position will support the smooth running of the office while providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Office coordination
  • Meeting room management
  • Events and team activities
  • Supplier management
  • CRM administration
  • Presentation support
  • Social media administration
  • A variety of ad hoc projects

You'll work closely with a highly regarded Office Manager who is passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent.
