The Company:

Main duties:
To be responsible for the processing of supplier invoices, employee expenses and all Accounts Payable related payments
The Role:
β Accurately process a high volume of invoices ensuring all is logged into the ERP system
β Reconcile supplier statements
β Responding to and resolving customer queries
β Ensure employee expenses are processed timeously
β Prepare weekly payment runs and offline payments
β Posting and reconciling all the AP payments
β Assist the AP supervisor as needed
β Ensure finance policies and controls are complied with
The Candidate:
β Fluent in French (written and spoken) β Essential
β Experience in Accounts Payable / finance beneficial but not a requirement for this role
β Oracle knowledge desirable
β Proactive, confident and a high attention to detail
β Excellent communication skills and a team player
β IT literate
