What You’ll Be Doing
- Importing daily banking receipts and assisting with bank reconciliations
- Raising and issuing invoices (rent, deposits, fees - you name it)
- Processing new tenancy files and preparing landlord statements
- Supporting weekly payroll reporting for lettings
- Managing the client accounts inbox - helping landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Chasing rent arrears and preparing weekly reports
- Keeping forecasts and deal logs accurate and up to date
- Supporting the lettings and property management teams with queries
- Checking and approving supplier invoices for payment
- Liaising with suppliers to keep accounts running smoothly
- Chasing commissions from landlords or agents
- Providing tenant references
- Jumping into ad-hoc tasks and helping improve systems and processes
You’ll be reporting directly to a Senior Client Accounts Manager, so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 1+ years’ experience in administration, ideally within property
- Some understanding of lettings (bonus points if you know a bit about property legislation - but don’t worry, training is provided!)
- A desire to move into a client accounts-focused role

- You’re someone who has a can-do attitude and enjoys getting stuck in
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented
- Communicates confidently (both written and verbal)
- Is comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Has a professional, friendly manner on the phone and in person
- Works well independently and as part of a team
