We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global investment manager on the search for a Receptionist & Office Assistant to join their growing London team.
Based in stunning new offices in Marylebone, this is far more than a traditional reception role.
Acting as the face of the business, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience while gaining exposure to office management, events and wider business support.
Our client has grown into a highly successful global investment platform with over 300 employees worldwide.

Responsibilities include
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house operations
- Coordinating meeting rooms and office administration
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and building management
- Managing post, deliveries and office logistics
- Supporting internal events and team initiatives
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
