The Opportunity

A highly varied and visible position within a growing investment management business, offering the chance to work closely with senior leaders while supporting client services, business operations and governance activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. You'll support client onboarding, coordinate key communications, manage governance processes and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure across multiple areas of the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll become a trusted go-to person, helping to improve processes, coordinate projects and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Client Relations team with onboarding, reporting, communications and day-to-day administration
  • Coordinating Board, Executive Committee and governance meetings
  • Preparing agendas, meeting packs, minutes and action logs
  • Managing governance records and maintaining key documentation
  • Supporting senior leaders with operational and business administration
  • Assisting with projects, events, supplier management and business initiatives
  • Building strong relationships across the business and helping drive operational excellence

About You

  • Previous experience in client facing administration, operations, coordination or business support
  • Strong organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting Board meetings, governance or senior leadership teams would be highly advantageous
  • Professional, proactive and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
