We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Producer to join Secret Level Studios and help drive the successful delivery of our current and upcoming projects.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who can combine excellent organisation and communication skills with a deep understanding of game development.
You will work closely with our Creative Director, team leads, and wider development team to plan and deliver multiple projects, aligning priorities, managing scope, removing blockers, and ensuring teams remain focused on delivering high-quality games.
You will also act as the primary point of contact for our publishing partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and transparency throughout development.
We are looking for someone who has shipped commercial games, understands the realities of game development, and is comfortable balancing creative ambition with production constraints.
You'll be confident in making difficult prioritisation decisions, identifying risks before they become problems, and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward.
This is an opportunity to help shape the production culture of a growing independent studio, influencing how our games are planned, developed, and delivered for years to come.
We're looking for someone who believes great production isn't about adding process β it's about giving talented people the clarity, focus, and support they need to make exceptional games.

- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and enjoyable development environment and culture where teams can do their best work.
- Establish and maintain production practices that support sustainable, predictable, and high-quality game development with high team effectiveness.
- Monitor project health, schedules, and key production metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain clear visibility of project status, communicating progress, risks, and priorities to both internal stakeholders and publishing partners.
- Contribute to long-term studio planning across multiple projects and support the continued growth of the studio.
- Help shape production strategy, processes, and ways of working as the studio evolves.
- Represent the studio in production discussions with publishing partners, ensuring expectations, priorities, and delivery plans remain aligned.
