We're a small, passionate team who care deeply about our craft and our customers. We're looking for a highly skilled and professional Sales Administrator to join us and become the backbone of our sales operations.
As our Sales Administrator, you'll be the central hub of our sales process, managing the complete order journey from first enquiry through to payment.
- Monitor all sales channels (wholesale, retail, email, phone) and accurately enter orders into our order management system.
- Manage online inventory across B2B and B2C platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Manage and update our CRM.
- Occasionally meet wholesale clients face-to-face in central London.
- Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist with B2B and B2C dispatch including creating shipping labels.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records.
- Generate weekly reports for senior management on wholesale accounts.
Experience in administrative roles, particularly with order management and sales systems. Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders.
