As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be working in a small but friendly and growing team. The customer experience is at the heart of everything we do and facilitating this success is your contribution to the company's achievements and growth. To help customers effectively, you should be prepared to offer your assistance with whatever problem they may have encountered. Likewise, you will answer incoming enquiries via e-mail, social media and live chat whilst demonstrating your exceptional ability to establish a strong relationship with all of our customers; using the power of the customer experience to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
As a true team player, you should show strong attention to detail and deadlines, and maintain friendliness and patience with ease while working in a fast-paced environment. You will be prioritising customer queries across multiple channels – a task that requires excellent listening skills and the ability to think outside the box.
In this role you will work remotely 37.5 hours a week covering a variety of shifts. Initially, these shifts cover Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. As the team grows, this will extend to include regular weekends and evening work at varying times between the hours of Monday–Friday 8:00 – 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 – 17:00. You will be required to work 1 in 2 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday). These hours may extend during our peak trading periods.
Key requirements:
- Proficient in written and oral Dutch language skills
- Experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment is desirable
- Excellent communicator in both English and Dutch with great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
- Team player with patience and kindness for your fellow team members
- Ability to navigate things like Google Sheets/Docs with decent tech skills
- Experience with Freshworks or similar systems an added bonus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, social media, and live chat
- Personalise service to each customer's communication style and preferences
- Coordinate with partners for pickup and delivery arrangements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following through on communications and commitments
- Identify and report root causes of customer dissatisfaction to management
- Actively monitor internal feedback and external reviews (e.g., Trustpilot, social media) to detect and resolve negative customer experiences proactively
