Key Responsibilities
Design Content
- Design and produce visual content for websites, emails, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts that support marketing and business goals while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign materials.
Content Management
- Manage, update, and maintain our websites content using a CMS.
- Upload and format creative assets
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and quality.
- Organise digital assets and schedules.
Website & Digital Support
- Assist with website enhancements, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
- Perform quality assurance and ensure cross‑device compatibility.
- Apply SEO best practices through content optimisation.
- Work closely with marketing, product, tech and trade team.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Maintain documentation and digital content processes.
Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Hands‑on experience managing content in a CMS.
