A rare and special opportunity has opened up for a permanent position as Deputy Manager to join our vibrant and energetic team in our family run day nursery in Dawlish. The teachers and children are the heartbeat of Secret Garden Day Nursery, and we are looking for someone calm and understanding, willing to support and inspire the team as well as maintaining excellent communication with parents and carers.
Job Spec:
- Permanent Role
- 40 hours per week
- From £15 to £17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Job requirements and responsibilities:
- Co-lead in Pre-school room
- Support the manager with various admin tasks
- Deputise for the manager
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare and EYFS requirements are met
- Liaise with parents and show prospective ones around
- Level 3 and above, Early Years qualification
- DBS disclosure
