You will be the bridge between our Commercial/Sales teams and the end-user experience. While the sales team hunts for new supply, you ensure that supply is polished, priced right, and ready for prime time. You won’t just be ticking boxes; you’ll be using data and intuition to provide feedback loops to the business, flagging underperforming deals and highlighting examples of excellence. You will work cross-functionally to raise the bar on what "good" looks like.
The Role & What You'll Do
- Performance Oversight: Develop monthly and quarterly processes for ensuring quality, focusing on NPS and low revenue performers.
- Live Site Auditing: Act as the protector of our live site, conducting daily/weekly reviews of live deals to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Content & Narrative Integrity: Verify the right content is live for our members, ensuring deals look appealing, copy is accurate, and imagery is inspiring.
- Competitiveness Strategy: Develop pricing competitiveness checks against the market to ensure our "best price guarantee" is a reality.
- Availability Assurance: Deep-dive into calendar availability to spot gaps in inventory before they become problems, using key date reporting.
- Deal Quality Analysis: Conduct deep dives on the mechanics of our offers to ensure inclusions are clear and packages maximize member value.
- Stakeholder Action: Provide stakeholders with actionable insights on the health of deals and regions, including discounts, pricing, and top seller coverage.

Working Requirements
Hybrid (3 days in the office). Secret Escapes offer flexible working with core hours between 10 am to 4 pm, and you have the freedom to schedule the remaining hours to suit your routine. As an inspiring travel brand, we also provide a “Work From Anywhere” scheme giving you the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. This benefit is designed both to feed our travel passion and support parents and carers, especially during school holidays. This is a Fixed Duration Role for 6 months.
